Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Autoplier. Plain English, no legalese — but they are a binding agreement between you (the restaurant owner using the service) and Autoplier.
Acceptance of terms
By signing in to Autoplier, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Autoplier does
Autoplier is a SaaS tool that uses AI to draft and automatically post replies to Google reviews on your Google Business Profile. We connect to your Google account with your permission, fetch new reviews, generate responses calibrated to your brand voice, and post them on your behalf. The service runs continuously until you pause or cancel it.
Subscription, billing, and cancellation
Autoplier costs $29 per month and covers unlimited Google Business Profile locations on a single account. New owners get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, you will be charged monthly via Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period and we do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.
Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use Autoplier to post replies that are misleading, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or that violate Google Business Profile policies or applicable law. You are the operator of your Google Business Profile, and you are solely responsible for every reply that posts to it through Autoplier — whether you wrote it, edited it, or accepted an AI-generated draft as-is.
AI-generated content
Replies posted by Autoplier are generated by large language models. AI output can contain mistakes, misstatements, or content that does not match your intent. You are responsible for reviewing your activity feed, editing or removing replies as needed, and pausing auto-posting if anything looks wrong. Autoplier does not guarantee the accuracy, tone, or appropriateness of AI-generated text.
Data handling
How we collect, store, and share your data is described in our Privacy. By using Autoplier, you consent to that data handling.
Limitation of liability
Autoplier is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autoplier and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or reputational harm — including any harm caused by AI-generated replies posted to your Google Business Profile. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or use Autoplier in a way that creates risk for us or for Google. We will give you reasonable notice when we can. You may cancel at any time from Settings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Autoplier after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of Autoplier will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
